Alexandria Bethenny Barton-Perez is known as “Alexandria Bethenny” to the social media world, nicknamed “Al” or “ABP” by friends and addressed as “Alex Barton-Perez” to the rest. That’s me!
I was born and raised in the suburbs of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I am a cheese fanatic and Packers fan through and through. And I claim the city of Mequon to be my hometown, where I attended middle and high school.
My alma mater is the University of Minnesota Twin Cities (Go Gophs!). I graduated in May 2017 with a B.A. in Professional Strategic Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations and three minors in Spanish, Leadership and Teaching English as a Second Language.
After graduation, I moved to Madrid, Spain to be a language assistant and teach English as a Second Language to elementary school students.
Currently, I find myself eager to return to the United States to start a career in and pursue my passion for Public Relations, Advertising and Marketing. My next goal is to soon find myself in graduate school working towards a Masters degree and/or Law degree in Strategic Communications/Advertising.
Outside of the professional world, you can find me reading, writing, eating or taking in all of the cultural experiences and opportunities around me.
Above all, my favorite thing to do is to continuously learn. I do so by consistently traveling to new countries, trying new foods and observing new cultures (just to name a few).
